The course was hand on as said. Focussed on the practical bits with essential anatomy.
Consultant supervision without taking over the case was the highlight.
Did not feel rushed.
I Would come back and get hand on training for TEPP repair
Attended the 16th Laparoscopic Inguinal hernia course at workshop.
Its one of the best courses i have attended. The anatomy of the groin taught was a precise description which is always confusing . Then the practical demonstration of both the TEP and TAPP was fabulus by the instructor .
The hand on practise by every member on the course was one of its kind. Saw around 15 live cases done by members on course and practical tips and tricks on every case was the true practial demonstration what to do in difficult cases .
The informal chats on managing the hernia cases between cases was best sharing of knowledge and getting update in hernia surgery
I have already recommended this course to my colleagues
A fantastic hands-on course.
All my expectations of course has been surpassed by this interactive, intense hands-on course, comprehensively addressing BOTH TEP and TAPP hernia repair approaches
Thoroughly recommended.
A very good course. Completely hands on course. Good discussion and explanation
Excellent coverage of laparoscopic anatomy of inguinal hernia and hands on training by Dr Balachandra.
I have gained confidence in performing laparoscopic hernia repair after attending this course and planning to start this service in my hospital.
Thanks to the friendly theatre team for their support.
