This team activity challenges you to plan an operation and complete a brief for a case while solving puzzles and clues along the way. You will be timed and scored, with feedback and discussion on the learning points we explore. The aims are to:
• Further your understanding of patient, team and resource factors which influence operative planning
• Use effective communication and reflect on decision making strategies
• Develop an awareness of the environmental impact of surgery
• Build on knowledge of what makes a theatre team successful including collaboration and leadership attributes
